Position Description
You are the purest hunter in the organization, focused exclusively on driving high-volume, rapid-cycle Net-New Logo Acquisition in the Small-to-Midsize Business (SMB) segment. This role requires exceptional focus on activity KPIs, rapid pipeline creation, and the ability to close transactional deals quickly and efficiently.

Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly quotas, driven almost entirely by securing Net-New Logo business in the SMB space.

Maintain high activity KPIs, rapidly qualifying leads, and prioritizing opportunities that can close in <60 days.

Own the entire sales cycle from qualification to close, focusing on rapid discovery and high-volume proposal generation.

Achieve maximum efficiency using the sales tech stack (CRM, prospecting tools) to manage a high volume of concurrent opportunities.
Requirements

1-3 years of successful quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven focus on high-volume, transactional closing.

Demonstrated ability to manage a full, rapid sales cycle and consistently achieve target quotas.

Exceptional organizational skills, high proficiency in prospecting tools, and strong fundamental closing skills.
