The Air Carrier Access Act (ACAA) was enacted to protect airline passengers with disabilities against discrimination. On November 12, 2013, the ACAA was amended to require air carriers to make their websites and kiosks accessible. These requirements begin to take effect in December 2015.
Many airlines don’t know how to determine if their websites are accessible, or how to figure out what they need to change. And many airlines will look for a one-time, out-of-the-box solution.
