Mike Farrell

Michael (Mike) Farrell

Mike has been an enterprise software executive and entrepreneur since 1976. He founded Interleaf Canada, in 1985, with VC funding. He grew the operation rapidly and then sold it as planned to the US-based parent company.

He ran Global Sales and Marketing for Open Text, a leading global content management vendor from startup phase through IPO, after many acquisitions and organic growth, grew to $600M revenue with solid profits and cash flow.

Mike’s experience and insights into enterprise software marketing and sales and his interest in early-stage companies are instrumental in the development of Deque’s strategy.

Douglas Flood

Doug has extensive experience in Corporate Development on both sides of transactions for enterprise software companies. At Mercury Computer Systems he was responsible for developing new businesses and market opportunities through strategic partnerships, acquisitions and technology licensing. He was also responsible for divestitures.

Doug’s responsibilities at FTP Software included similar corporate development as well as operational responsibilities for strategy, sales, marketing and back-office functions.
As Deque enters its next phase of growth, Doug’s expertise will be key to executing on its strategy.

Anik Ganguly

Anik Ganguly

Anik has been in the enterprise software business since 1990. He was CEO of Campbell Services, Inc. an internet application company that was sold to FTP Software and subsequently to Open Text Corporation. At Open Text Anik led product development as the company grew from 22 to 415 million in revenues.

Since 2006 Anik has been an early stage investor in technology companies and his focus on operational excellence and product will help Deque execute its strategy effectively.

Preety Kumar

Preety Kumar

Founder, CEO, evangelist for an accessible web. Preety co-founded Deque in 2000 and counts many of the world’s largest corporations and most of the Departments of the US Federal government as happy customers. Prior to Deque, Preety held technical and managerial positions with Bell Atlantic.
