Deque Systems is proud to announce the launch of our brand-new website at www.deque.com. The new site has been under development since last year and represents a complete overhaul of the look and feel from the previous website. Because Deque’s mission is to make the digital world accessible, extra care was taken to ensure that the new website is fully accessible for users with disabilities. Significant hours of testing using Deque’s proven methods of automated and manual testing ensured that the site could be used with screen-readers and other assistive technologies.

Digital Accessibility: We Practice What We Preach

We think the new website proves that accessible websites do not need to look dull and boring. By using best practices for web development (WCAG 2.0), exercising care in choosing colors with accessible color contrast ratios, and performing complete manual and automated testing and remediation, our site can serve as a model for accessibility programs at other organizations.
