About Harris

Harris joined Deque in 2013 as a front-end engineer. He built v1 of Cauldron (Deque’s design system) and Dragon Drop (an open-source accessible drag-and-drop library), and was the lead developer on the Axe DevTools Extension before moving into product management. That background shapes how he builds: he wants development teams to be able to find, fix, and prevent accessibility issues automatically, without needing to be accessibility experts. Off the clock, he’s wrangling two boxer pups and making the case that Ween is the greatest band of all time.
