In order to respond to a demand letter, you need to have a clear understanding of your current state of digital accessibility. Work with Deque to conduct an audit to identify any issues and receive expert guidance on remediation and next steps. Start by confirming your accessibility status with a Deque audit. Our experts can help you address issues, document compliance, and provide an ACR (based on a VPAT) to share with prospects.
How quickly can we start on remediation?
Once you’ve completed your audit with Deque, you’re ready to start remediation. If you elect to have Deque conduct remediation on your behalf, it can start as soon as you provide Deque with access to your environment and source code–Deque can integrate with your existing workflow and codebase. And if you can’t provide access, Deque also offers a rapid remediation solution that does not involve updating the source code directly.
