In this talk, disability justice advocate Imani Barbarin examines the importance of providing equal access and accommodations in order to create a truly inclusive workplace. Examining potential roadblocks to products and services through an intersectional lens eliminates potential gaps in accessibility. Through her expertise as a communications consultant, she explores the various narratives that affect disabled folk in the U.S. and what measures we can be taken to better support them at work, in the marketplace, and in our communities.

You cannot properly commit to DEI work without disabled voices at the table.
