Join Rebecca and Alison as they explore their approach to integrating accessibility into SEQ (Single Ease Question) usability testing at Atlassian. Over the past year, they have focused on enhancing the ease of use for all users, including those with disabilities, by embedding accessibility into usability testing at scale. This talk will highlight the significant advancements made over the past year, showcasing how they successfully partnered with cross-functional teams to amplify the importance of including accessibility into research and ease of use scoring.

Rebecca and Alison will delve into integrating accessibility compliance testing into the research process, and discuss techniques for translating usability research findings into actionable feedback for QA, design, and engineering teams. Emphasising the significance of addressing accessibility issues through inclusive usability testing, they will showcase how this method drives significant enhancements in the products and fosters an inclusive user experience.
