At P&G, my journey to make our company disability and accessibility confident has been one of continuous learning and growth and standing on the shoulders of those who’ve gone before me. I believe that accessibility is not just a compliance issue, but also an opportunity to improve the consumer experience and include everyone. I will share my learnings, pitfalls, and experiences on how we have made accessibility a core part of our business strategy and how we are embedding it into our culture and processes.
