Emma is committed to building healthier, more inclusive communities through technology. At Peloton, Emma leads accessibility research, focusing on initiatives that create accessible products and experiences for people with disabilities. Her work involves identifying key opportunities for accessibility insights and fostering a culture of inclusion across the company.

Born and raised in Maine, Emma earned her B.A. in Psychology from Bowdoin College. She is a marathon runner, Brooklyn bakery enthusiast, and longtime volunteer with InTandem Cycling, an organization that offers free tandem riding for people who are blind, have low vision, or cannot ride independently.
