As a leader in the exercise industry, Peloton is constantly researching new ways to increase accessibility through product innovation, such as integrating inclusive features and experiences to better serve Members with a variety of disabilities. In this talk, Emma Torres and Andrea Sutyak will discuss best practices when conducting user research with participants who identify as blind or low vision in the connected-fitness space.
