Jennifer Cowan is the Director of Accessibility, Strategic Initiatives at Scotiabank, leading the Accessible Canada Act (ACA) and Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) regulatory programs. Jennifer was a member of the Province of Ontario\’s Information and Communications Standards Development Committee where she provided advice towards the development of regulatory requirements. She has a degree in Political Science, and a Lean (Six Sigma) Green Belt certification. Jennifer combines her vast knowledge of legislative systems and bodies and her passion for process improvement to help guide her through the Canadian regulatory briar patch!
