Since graduating in 2011, Erwin has built his career at Schiphol, one of the most dynamic organizations in the Netherlands. Over the past 14 years, he has held a wide range of roles across the airport, including Advisor at Airside Operations (with a focus on winter operations), IT Project Manager leading diverse projects at headquarters and in the terminal, Manager of the Baggage Control Room, Manager of a Process Enabling department, and most recently, overseeing the entire passenger process.
With this broad background and experience, Erwin is well placed to address accessibility at multiple levels within the organization and help drive meaningful progress. He works alongside colleagues who share his energy and commitment to making accessibility a priority at Schiphol.
