Shivaji is currently working as an accessibility manager for the U.S. Bank and combines a rare blend of first-hand assistive technology user experience and A11Y industry background. He has previously led initiatives to develop and procure accessible technologies in the sectors of state government, higher education, and corporate. At U.S. Bank, he manages a team of A11Y SMEs to deliver enterprise-wide training, tooling, testing, and defect remediation. Working with cross-functional teams of technology, design, risk, and compliance, Shivaji also contributes to the development of U.S. Bank’s A11Y policies, standards, and processes.
