Ritu Jayakar is a UX Analyst and accessibility consultant for Penn State’s Outreach and Online Education. She meets the usability and accessibility needs of the teams of developers, editors, and designers. She offers training to develop user-centered inclusive design and content for digital marketing, email campaigns and web pages. She has more than ten years of experience in implementing accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1) of websites and digital content.
