Richard is Head of Accessibility at GDS (Government Digital Service, part of Cabinet Office) He focuses on building accessibility capability of central government and the wider public sector through Accessibility Empathy Lab sessions, clinics, training and testing, and the cross government accessibility communities, and has been raising awareness about the new (UK) Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations.
