Matthew has spent his career in the technology industry in various roles. At Thoughtworks, he is currently in the global core team for Diversity Equity Inclusion, Social Change and Sustainability as the Global Head of Disability Inclusion, driving an inclusive and thriving workplace both at Thoughtworks and their clients.
As a disability champion and digital accessibility advocate, he sees frictionless and inclusive technology as essential for a social and economic world.
Matthew is a trustee of Scope the UK disability charity which mainly focuses on equality and fairness for disabled people, increasing employment, and independent living.
Matthew was born deaf.
