Laurie is a Lead Content Designer, working in Hilton’s Experience Design team. She is based in Edinburgh, bonnie Scotland.
Having worked across public, agency, and private settings, Laurie has nearly 10 years’ worth of experience in all things content. As well as content design and strategy, she has experience in copywriting, editing, content management, and content operations.
Laurie is thrilled to be presenting at axe-con this year. Accessibility and good content design are so interlinked, and creating inclusive and accessible experiences is such a key part of what content designers do.
Outside of work, Laurie loves to sing, act, and dance, and performs in local musicals and plays.
