Director of ITUX + A11Y Center of Excellence at BMS in which he oversees a passionate team of UX researchers and designers that serve up a set of standards, tools, and processes to help BMS deliver usable and accessible digital capabilities. In addition, Fred leads an analytics team that measures user sentiment and satisfaction across the BMS enterprise. Fred is an empathetic advocate for those with disabilities as one of his family members struggles with dyslexia.
