The frontier of digital inclusion has moved. It’s no longer about building towers or expanding networks. It’s about building experiences that work for everyone, everywhere. Today’s Next Billion Users are the billions of people locked out by poor design, and the billions more who risk being excluded as AI becomes the default way we interact with technology. In this talk, we’ll redefine who the next “Next Billion Users” are, and how to create technology that enhances, rather than undermines, their experiences.
