Everyone is different, including, for example, different screen reader users. Your conception of a disability demographic is almost certainly wrong, so tailoring to this supposedly uniform group will end in error. Much better to focus on the capabilities of the design/tech and making these adaptable/flexible enough for people to find their own way with them.
