Malcom Jones is a Senior Product Manager on the Product Inclusion team at Yahoo. In this role he engages with teams in product, design, engineering, and accessibility to solve problems holistically, ensuring products are built inclusively and equitably for everyone.Â
Before this, he spent time working on the Yahoo Ad Tech platform, first as a Solutions Engineer and then as the product leader for Digital Out Of Home. Prior to his time at Yahoo, he was a computer science professor and an Enterprise Architect.Â
Malcom is passionate about technology and how it can change the way we all live our everyday lives. He is one of the leads of BOLD, Yahoo’s Black ERG, and is continually striving to foster a culture where diversity, equity, and inclusion are not just âthe right thing to doâ, but also the right thing for business.
