Mali M Fernando, MBE

Mali is the founder of HSBC’s Digital Accessibility programme. He currently occupies the position of Group Head of Digital Experience and Accessibility for HSBC and oversees HSBC’s digital offering globally. He is passionately committed to diversity inclusion and creating an accessible environment for colleagues and customers with disabilities. He was previously the Chief Digital Governance, Risk and Control Officer for Corporate and Institutional Digital. In 2023, Mali was recognised in the King’s New Years Honours and awarded a MBE.
