Be is an Engineering Manager at Peloton who is excited about building inclusive teams and inclusive products. She is Engineering Manager for the team that builds the web version of the Peloton App, and previously was a software engineer on that team. She has championed accessibility initiatives at Peloton, led the project to make Peloton’s Bike accessible to blind and low vision users, and is currently the product accessibility group’s Engineering Lead.
