We’ll show practical methods to get your vendors to provide you with accessible products, which in turn will improve accessibility for all their customers, and so on. We’ll go beyond the VPAT and ACR, and you’ll learn sensible approaches to contracts, playbooks, spot checks, gaining trust, and forging relationships.
