Jen has worked as a web developer for over a decade, specializing in digital accessibility and inclusive design. As a founding member of the Product Accessibility team at Zendesk, she fills a role that meaningfully combines engineering, coaching, and advocacy to help ensure Zendesk’s software is easy to use —especially for people who rely on assistive technology. In 2021, she was recognized as one of 14 Power Women in Code by the DCFemTech Awards.
