Victoria Polchinski is a Lead UX Researcher at Arizona State University, one of the largest universities in the United States. Guided by ASU’s charter, which states ASU is “measured not by whom it excludes, but by whom it includes and how they succeed,” she leads a UX Research practice that includes people with disabilities throughout the product development lifecycle.
