Stefan joined Adobe in 2020 and became part of the Spectrum team in 2023, where he champions accessibility and serves as a leading voice for inclusive design. He brings deep expertise in accessibility, contributing to the development of WCAG 3.0 and working closely with Adobe’s Product Equity team. Passionate about supporting people with neurological and developmental disabilities, Stefan strives to ensure Spectrum 2 embraces individuality—flexing and adapting to each person’s unique needs and preferences. Outside of design systems, he enjoys caring for his son, playing Crusader Kings III, and taking long walks in the park with his dog.
