Preety is the CEO of Deque Systems and founded Deque in 1999 with the vision of unifying Web access, both from the user and the technology perspective. Under Preety’s leadership, Deque has grown to be a market leader in the field of information accessibility, serving corporate and government clients with the highest standards in information technology, such as Veteran Affairs, Department of Education, Humana, Intuit, HSBC, Target, and others. She collaborated with the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative and is a nominated member of the Accessibility Forum’s Strategic Management Council: a GSA-sponsored group with representatives from the IT industry, academia, Government Agencies, and disabled user groups that foster information accessibility through mutual cooperation.

Marta Ortigosa is an expert product designer and accessibility specialist at NTT DATA, where she contributes to its Digital Inclusion community of practice. Over six years she has assessed the accessibility maturity of large organisations — from EU public institutions to banking, industry and telecoms — and defined the strategies that make accessibility sustainable, supported by expert audits, and training for different roles. Alongside this she shapes digital products: leading vision and strategy workshops, defining information architecture, user flows and interactions. She designs products that include everyone, with her strongest ground in transactional and complex interfaces. How people navigate technology without a mouse isn't an edge case to her, it's a test of whether a product genuinely works.

Marta Ortigosa es una experta diseñadora de producto y especialista en accesibilidad en NTT DATA, donde contribuye a su comunidad de práctica de Inclusión Digital. Durante más de seis años ha evaluado la madurez en accesibilidad de grandes organizaciones —desde instituciones públicas de la UE hasta banca, industria y telecomunicaciones— y ha definido las estrategias que hacen que la accesibilidad sea sostenible, respaldada por auditorías expertas y formación para diferentes roles. Silvia Ramon Figuerola is an expert UX researcher and accessibility specialist at NTT DATA, with strong experience leading inclusive, evidence-based digital transformation projects. She combines UX research strategy, accessibility expertise, and interaction design to turn complex user and business needs into clear, actionable product decisions. Her strengths include mixed-method research, WCAG compliance, assistive technology testing, stakeholder alignment, and team leadership. With experience across international organizations, public sector, banking, and enterprise clients, she brings rigour, empathy, and practical delivery focus to create accessible and meaningful digital experiences.

Silvia Ramon Figuerola es una experta investigadora de UX y especialista en accesibilidad en NTT DATA, con una sólida trayectoria liderando proyectos de transformación digital inclusivos y basados en evidencias.
