Document Your Commitment to Accessibility with a VPAT

Capture and communicate your current state of accessibility in a VPAT report.

Clearly show how you meet compliance requirements

It’s critically important to document and communicate the state of accessibility of your digital enterprise. Often it’s a legal requirement. Show the world that your websites, documents, and applications are made to be accessible for everyone.

Show where you are now and plan for the future

The Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) starts with an audit and describes current accessibility details for a website, application, or any other information and communications technology (ICT) products and services. VPATs document your current compliance with one or all current accessibility standards and can be updated periodically to demonstrate progress.

Guidelines and laws include Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 for US Federal clients, requirements suitable for public procurement of ICT products and services in Europe (according to EN 301 549), Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) from the W3C, or ISO/IEC 40500 standards. Deque also offers INT VPATs that incorporate all of these standards in one templated report. Our expert team has produced thousands of VPATs for organizations around the world. We’re ready to help you.

We need to make education and the tools that we use inclusive so that enough people can participate in shaping what the future of these tools will look like.”
