VOLUNTARY PRODUCT ACCESSIBILITY TEMPLATES (VPATs)

One of the most effective ways for demonstrating that your Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) is truly complaint with Section 508 standards is to create a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) for your Web content or software application.

The VPAT sets out the specific accessibility standards, affirms whether it is supported by the product and explains supporting features or exceptions.
