Support options from Deque include annual subscriptions and by-incident support.
Please include your Product Serial Number, full description of your problems, the sequence of steps when the problem was encountered, and a log file, if applicable, in all correspondence.
Email Support with any product questions you have or problems you encounter. You will receive a response from the Deque Support team within 24 hours of a submission via email.
